Since the dyno tune was non-compliant, the dealer can legally deny Sam’s claim. He is stuck with a pricey repair bill and is fully responsible for covering any repairs.
Dyno Tuning Warranty Protected
Bill regularly goes off-roading in his Land Cruiser and tows a large caravan packed with gear. He wants better driveability and towing power, so he schedules a dyno tune with a reputable expert.
